WHAT WE WORK ON
A fix starts with the right diagnosis.
From a tired battery to a PC that won’t boot, we focus on practical repairs and replaceable components. All service takes place at your location; we don’t accept device drop-offs.
01 / MOBILE
Your everyday connection.
Phone and tablet diagnostics, with component replacements where the model allows.
We also diagnose and repair printers, sound systems, and other electronic devices. Services can include setup, connection troubleshooting, and compatible component replacements. Send the exact make, model, and symptoms so we can check whether the work fits our on-site, no-soldering service.
*Available repairs depend on the device model, part compatibility, and whether the replacement can be completed without soldering.
Component repairs. Clear boundaries.
We don’t offer soldering, microsoldering, or board-level repairs. That includes HDMI ports and charging ports that need to be soldered. Modular replacements may be possible—send the exact model so we can check.
THE SECOND BREATH APPROACH
Understand it. Repair it. Keep going.
A repair should make sense for you and your device. We bring the service to you, talk through the options, and agree on the work before starting.
Share the device make, model, symptoms, and your service city and ZIP code. We confirm the travel and diagnostic fee before scheduling an appointment at your location.
02
Diagnose it on-site.
We travel to you and assess the device. The visit fee covers travel and diagnostics. Review the proposed repair, parts, and total cost before authorizing any repair work.
03
Repair it where you are.
We complete the agreed work at your location and check the repaired function. If a repair is performed, the visit fee is credited toward your total repair cost.
GOOD QUESTIONS
Before your on-site visit.
A few things to know about service at your location.
What devices can I ask about?
Phones and tablets, desktops and laptops, game consoles, printers, sound systems, and other electronic devices. Choose “Other devices” in the request form for equipment outside the first three categories. Include the exact make, model, and symptoms so we can check service availability before scheduling. All work is performed on-site, and soldering or board-level repairs are outside our scope.
Do you replace HDMI or charging ports?
Only when a port is part of a compatible, replaceable assembly that does not require soldering. Soldered charging ports, console HDMI ports, and other board-level repairs are outside our service scope.
Can you build or upgrade my gaming PC?
Yes. We can discuss a custom build, assemble compatible components, or upgrade your existing PC. Share your current parts, budget, games or workloads, and what you want to improve.
Can I drop off my device?
No. All diagnostics, repairs, and PC builds are performed on-site at the customer’s location by appointment. We don’t accept device drop-offs.
How does the travel and diagnostic fee work?
A travel and diagnostic fee covers the trip to your location and the device assessment. The fee is non-refundable, even if no repair is performed. If we carry out a repair, the fee is credited toward your total repair cost. We confirm the fee amount before scheduling your visit.
How much will the repair cost?
The repair quote depends on the device, fault, required parts, and labor. A non-refundable travel and diagnostic fee applies to the visit and is credited toward the total repair cost if a repair is performed. We explain the fee before scheduling and confirm the repair quote before you authorize the work.
Will my files and saves stay safe?
Back up important files, photos, and game saves before service whenever possible. Some troubleshooting or storage replacements can require a reset or reinstall. Mention any data you need to preserve when requesting service; recovery cannot be guaranteed.
How do I arrange an on-site visit?
Use the request builder below or email secondbreathrepairs@gmail.com. Include your device details, symptoms, and service city and ZIP code. We’ll confirm service availability, the travel and diagnostic fee, and appointment details by email. Do not send passwords or account access codes.
